Architecture & Setup Options
Smart Online Solution is designed to work in a large multi-store network or in a simple single store operation.
The system is capable of multiple registers within one location using local area networking (ideal for department stores or multi-lane grocery operations), or single POS registers in each location, communicating via the high-speed internet to the main server anywhere in the world.
The server is located at the customer’s own HQ premise.
In the case of a single store, the entire program can be setup on one machine or separated into a Server (holding the main back office functions) and POS terminals on independent computers connected together via local area networking.
Back office functions can be accessed from POS or individual back office workstations from within the local area network or via the internet.
Security options will allow access to selected users. All “sensitive” areas of the program are access controlled as well as password protected.
There are no limits on the number of POS or Back office stations.

Communications
POS terminals communicate with the back office server directly through a local area network or via high-speed internet.
The POS data is stored on its own hard drive to maximize its reliability and independence on the server or other devices.
The communication between the server and POS terminals take place every few seconds, to provide real-time data processing and inventory updates.
If, however, the server is inaccessible or the internet is not functional, the POS terminals will continue to operate independently without interruption until the communication is fully re-established.
Once the connection is re-established, a utility in the program ensures that any missing data is updated immediately.

Compared with aerosol metered dose inhalers, DPIs are considered “user-friendly.” They don’t require coordination between breathing in and squeezing the inhaler to release medication, and DPIs rely on your breath rather than chemical propellants to get the COPD medicine into your lungs.

But using DPIs requires a measured, forceful inhalation to ensure that the powdered COPD medication gets from the inhaler to deep in your Natural Muscle Relaxers. If you inhale too quickly, the powder ends up at the back of your throat; if you breathe too slowly or too gently, it doesn’t go anywhere; and if you accidentally exhale, the powder might get blown away.

Choosing the right Point Of Sale software requires comprehensive understanding of both your retail business needs, available budget and the POS technology for both hardware and software. The following areas of the POS technology should be considered:

Barcoding, barcode scanning, and receipt printing capabilities should fully be compatible with the POS software and perform each task with precision and in real time. Faulty barcoding itself would later translate into faulty POS system and information. All POS hardwares (customer display, barcode scanner, barcode and receipt printers, communication peripherals) should however be well-interfaced for the overall POS system to perform well.

POS software should generally be compatible with the 3 current major programming languages or operating systems like Microsoft, Linux and Mac and work with different brands of POS hardware / peripherals.
